Spontaneous actions are often the best. Whether you’re packing a party at the last minute, visiting family or getting your suitcases from the attic last minute for a trip; usually the element of surprise provides just that little bit of extra fun. That is exactly how we experienced our Prins IJsselmeer Tour: a 2-day tour that was put on the map last minute. Just because we were so ready!
Unique mix.
We weren’t the only ones who were looking forward to it: 2 days after the announcement we were already fully booked! With a total of 40 cars, consisting of both well-known ‘Prins Tour veterans’ and enthusiastic newcomers, we had a unique mix of beautiful cars and enthusiastic ‘owners’. From Porsche to Bentley. From characteristic classics to modern machines. And of course Italy was also well represented with Alfa Romeo, Ferrari and Maserati.
From Holland with love.
There was nothing wrong with the love for beautiful cars, but with this tour the passion for our own country has also been further fueled. A succession of historic Dutch dikes, towns and views formed the center of a surprisingly fun tour. Via the Vecht region through Waterland, the Beemster, over the Afsluitdijk and straight through Friesland back again. The afterglow is in full swing!
