Alfa Romeo 75 1.6 Bianco Argento

The former owner possessed this genuine 1986 Alfa Romeo 75 for no less than 12 years and still didn’t get enough of it. That’s why the Bianco Argento sports sedan was exchanged for another Alfa 75 from the Prins collection. We are grateful to offer this very beautiful, neat and original classic with full history and documentation. Furthermore, the Italian is completely unspoiled and unrestored. It’s quite rare to see a 75 so pure! We deliver the Alfa Romeo classic including towbar, Pioneer radio, electric front windows and imitation Ronal rims. Let the benzina flow!

History
The 1985 Alfa 75 succeeded the “Nuova Giulietta” from 1977. Again the Berlina had a straight, no-nonsense design. However, this time it got more character than ever. Just like the younger 155, the 75 was distinctive by its strong wedge shape. As they say: nothing beats the original. So yes, true Alfisti would rather fall for the typical 80s design straight away! After spending some time in Germany, the Italian went Dutch in 2011. Alfa and Holland have been inseparable ever since… About 3 years later the car reached its final owner, until now. Who will be having the honor to jump in next?

Exterior
This beautiful 1.6 version is completely untouched and has the original Bianco Argento lacquer: the perfect color to keep the sedan as timeless as possible. The black details on the sides, from headlights to trunk lid, are characterizing for the 75 and contrast sublimely with the silver-gray bodywork. Furthermore, the Alfa classic rolls on an imitation version of the highly appreciated Ronal wheels. You can recognize our pre-facelift model by its orange band on top of the rear light units with indicators in the same color. The overall condition is as pure as the appearance: this Alfa Romeo 75 has never been restored!

Interior
It’s not a modern car, so it’s less fundamental to sum up the extra’s. Still, we think it’s worth mentioning that this Alfa 1.6 has electrically adjustable front windows, a Pioneer audio system and a tow bar. Planning a Sunday tour? You don’t have to leave the bicycles (carrier) at home. This classic 75 is actually a very practical Alfa Romeo! The gray seat upholstery, black dashboard, instruments and controls are fully intact and remain in an extraordinary shape. The 3-spoke wooden steering wheel fits the DNA of the sporty Berlina perfectly!

Technique
It may not be the most exciting powertrain from Alfa Romeo, but the engine of this 1.6 liter 75 has proven to be reliable and gets the job done. Just like the bigger power units, our 110 hp version got real Twin Cam technology. The characteristic sound and the sporty throttle response are very much like an Alfa should be. The same goes for the driving experience, because… It has rear-wheel drive! Ready to show that smile on your face?
