History
In 1977, the second generation of the iconic Alfa Romeo Giulietta was launched. In terms of design, the new model took a sharp turn away from its earlier namesake. Nor were there nearly as many variants produced. In fact, the second generation was always a 4-door *berlina* – just like the legendary Giulia it effectively succeeded. No other flavours. *Basta!* When it came to engine options, however, there was a bit more choice. Our version features the largest displacement: 2000 cc. Which also makes it the smoothest of the bunch. The way this car has been pampered over the years practically radiates from its dark red bodywork. In the hands of a Spanish Alfa Romeo enthusiast, the Giulietta clearly lacked for nothing. But as he decided it was time to trim down his collection, he traded in several classics for one truly special Prins Classic. A great deal – especially for you, the next lucky owner.
Exterior
The “Nuova” Giulietta is a typical product of the 70s and 80s, and every bit as angular as its famous predecessor: the Alfa Giulia. That the second generation has little in common with the original Giulietta is clear from its design: a sharply styled sedan rather than a round, compact sports car. Still, the Italian beauty loses none of its elegance. The two-tone body – featuring a grey lower section and a deep red upper – paired with charming spoked wheels, a distinctive rear end, and countless elegant touches like headlight wipers and fog lamps in the front bumper, make this a striking and thoroughly likable presence.
Interior
A joy to behold – and even more of a joy to drive!
